2. ORDERS / PAYMENTS
All payments are processed in USD. You can pay via PayPal or major credit cards. Orders are processed within 1β3 business days after confirmation. Pre-order items will be shipped on or after the estimated date shown on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. Please note that pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified after purchase, as the item is specially made or reserved for you.
3. SHIPPING
We currently ship to the United States, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Shipping costs a flat rate of $30. Free shipping is available for orders over $250. Customs duties and taxes may be applied upon arrival, depending on your countryβs regulations. Please note that any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns for defective or incorrect items only. For international orders, return shipping fees are the customerβs responsibility unless the item is faulty. Customers are responsible for sending the return package back to us. Please make sure to use a reliable shipping service with tracking, and send the item to the return address provided.

5. RETURN & EXCHANGE EXCEPTIONS
Returns and exchanges are not accepted if more than 7 days have passed since you received the item. Minor imperfections such as small fibers, loose threads, or chalk marks caused during the manufacturing process are not considered defects.
